What vehicle types do you accept?
We accept all passenger vehicles up to 3.5 tons.
Do you have child seats?
We have child seats in our shuttles for all ages. We can also use your seats and place them back in your vehicle after transfer.
Where are your airport parking lots?
We have a parking lot at the agency and an annex lot within 5 km of the airport, in Switzerland.
What happens to my vehicle during my trip?
Your vehicle is parked and secured during your trip. Depending on availability it may be moved to our annex lot. In that case an agent brings it back to the agency when you return.
How many seats are in the shuttle?
We have two shuttles with 7 and 8 seats. You may wait one shuttle during peak times (about 15 minutes). Children and seniors have priority.
How much does parking cost at BIGVALETPARK?
Pickup is 21.50 CHF incl. VAT (about 21 EUR). It includes transfer with luggage, vehicle photo check and airport taxes. Each day costs 10.70 CHF incl. VAT (about 11 EUR). Book early.
How does the reservation process work?
Reservation and payment are done on our website. Choose the day and time to drop off (2-3h before your flight). For return, enter landing day and time. You can add extras (cleaning, electric charge, tire change, claim handling). Once validated, a spot is reserved.
Which documents are required?
- Make, model and plate number of your vehicle.
- Your departure and arrival flight numbers.
- A phone number to reach you on return.
How can I modify or cancel my booking?
You can shorten or extend your stay by replying to the booking confirmation email (contact@BIGVALETPARK.ch). Cancellation 24h before arrival refunds 50%. After 24h, no refund. Cancellation insurance refunds minus fee if you cancel up to 2h before departure. See terms for details.
Where exactly is the agency?
The agency is at Rue des voituriers 15, 1217 Meyrin, 3 km from the airport.
Do we need the Swiss vignette when coming from France?
The highway vignette is only required for Swiss highways. You can use Saint-Julien-en-Genevois or Ferney-Voltaire border to avoid the Swiss highway.
How to save time on departure day?
If you are more than 4 travelers, drop passengers at the airport before coming to the agency.
How long is the shuttle transfer?
The shuttle takes 5 minutes, with drop-off at the main airport entrance. Allow 20 minutes extra during peak periods.
What if I am late?
Your appointment time is important. The schedule is planned based on client times. Call us as soon as possible to inform your new arrival time.
How do I get my car back?
On return, call us once you have your luggage or after customs. The shuttle picks you up at the same place as on departure and brings you to the agency.
What if my return flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight number and prepare accordingly. If your flight is cancelled or arrives late, we make arrangements for an agent to wait.
